We use whole milk Mozzarella (it's richer than skim milk Mozzarella), Smoked Provolone, Romano, and Parmesan. Our dough and sauces are made fresh from scratch every morning. You can even order whole wheat crust (thick or thin). You won't find that anywhere else in town.
