Get ready to experience the region's largest fireworks show and Independence Day celebration on July 4th, 2019, in downtown Fort Smith, Arkansas!

This year, the Mayor's 4th of July Celebration takes place on the grounds of Fort Smith National Historic Site and Ross Pendergraft Park, with the main stage located on South Third Street between Garrison Avenue and Rogers Avenue. 

Public Transit starts along Garrison and Rogers Avenues at 6 PM

Park at West End will be open throughout the evening.

Concessions will be provided by the River Valley Food Truck Association in the parking lots of Bricktown Brewery and Ross Pendergraft Park.

Live Entertainment begins with the River Valley Community Band (6:45 PM), followed by Mr. Cabbage Head and the Screaming Radishes (7:45 PM), and a headline performance by Larry B. & The Cradle Rockers (8:45 PM).

Fireworks will be launched at 9:30 PM sharp.


***3rd Street will be closed to traffic starting midmorning on July 3rd!
