Attractions: J.M. Sparks Home

 

Housing the popular Taliano's Italian Restaurant, this home was built about 1887 by James Sparks. The original interiors of this Romanesque-Victorian style home includes handcarved fireplaces and unusual circular front windows. The home was completely restored and placed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1972.
